SHIPPING

We are currently offering free shipping on purchases over $30, but any returns are shipped at the customer’s expense. 

JohariWest.com orders ship on business days, which are Monday through Friday.

While we make every effort to select, prepare, and dispatch your items on the next business day, kindly allocate a processing time of 1 to 3 business days for your order. It's important to note that the shipping durations are contingent upon the policies and potential delays of the respective shipping companies.

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of any merchandise that has been purchased from Johariwest.com. All products must be unworn, unwashed, unused or undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase. Merchandise must have all original tags attached.

  

All products purchased from any other sales channel, need to be returned through the respective channel.
